Berry Blitz Smoothie

A high protein, antioxidant rich smoothie that will make you bounce with energy!

Ingredients

  • Protein fix (your choice): 2 Tbsp. LSA mix (linseed, sunflower, almond meal), 1/4 cup mixed raw nuts and seeds, 2 egg whites OR 1 scoop quality protein powder
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla powder
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup filtered water
  • 1 cup ice (to make it extra thick)
  • Extra super food goodness (found at your health store/health aisle of local supermarket)
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tsp. maqui berry powder
  • 1 tsp. goji berries
  • Sprinkled cinnamon + 1 tsp homemade granola/goji berries/bee pollen.

 

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a Vitamix or high-powered blender and blend.
  2. Top with extra superfood goodness – chia seeds, crushed nuts, goji berries, whatever you like!
